Cherie Barber - Renovating for Profit

Another great value adder over the weekend is painting. Painting is one of my top ways to instantly transform a value of a property and make it look substantially better as well. And painting is within the skill level of most Australians as well so definitely get in there and do that. Another great strategy is just to improve your landscaping. The Great Australian Dream is the big backyard but unfortunately your front and rear tends to be one of the most neglected areas of your property. So get in there with the clippers, now the lawn, get rid of all excess foliage - particularly  trees that are blocking he from view of your house. You want to open all these things up. This can make your property look so much better with very minimal effort.
