Investors should be keeping an eye on the National Infrastructure Construction Schedule, with $1 billion added in just three months, a recent announcement has indicated.

Fourteen new major projects, at a value of $50 million or more each, have been added to the pipeline since May.

This schedule provides information in database form of all forecasted infrastructure investment across the government levels for the first time and will enable investors to see quickly where infrastructure activity is occurring, or set to be occurring.

These projects include high schools being built, new road upgrades, hospital redevelopments and other major developments.

Over 70 projects are currently listed across the states and territories.

The website has seen significant interest, with more than 800,000 hits since inception and amalgamates all the information that was previously only available partially in a number of newspapers and across websites.
