A host of industry experts will share their knowledge with property investors at the Property Buyer Expo in Melbourne.

Margaret Lomas of Destiny Financial Solutions and Nerida Conisbee of REA Group are among the big names heading up the presentations and panels at the expo.

They will be joined by Effie Zahos, editor of Money magazine, Chris Gray, managing director of Your Empire and Andrew Wilson, senior economist at Domain Group.

Dea and Darren Jolly, winners of Channel Nine’s reality renovation show The Block, will also be speaking at the event.

“Being such a dynamic industry, it’s important that we remain at the forefront of the issues and opportunities facing property buyers. We have a lineup of industry-leading speakers and an extensive list of exhibitors that will give attendees the tools and insights to help them build wealth through property,” said event organiser Kylie Mayer.

“With so many leaders, decision-makers and influencers under one roof, the Property Buyer Expo is a must-attend event for those wanting to either break into the property market, upgrade their home or build wealth through property investments.”

Some of the topics that will be covered during the event include: how parents are the key to helping young Melbournians enter the housing market, how $50,000 will still get you a great investment property in Toorak or BrightonBrighton, SA Brighton, VIC Brighton, TAS Brighton, QLD, and top tips to buy off-market properties.

The event will also feature property exhibitors, including specialists, builders, home loan providers and real estate agents.

The event, which will also run in Sydney later in the year, will be held at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 24-26 February.
