Cambridge Park, NSW - Lounge, hallway & bedroom

Investment in Action: See how Smart Property Investment brought this Cambridge Park home back to life with the help of a cost effective renovation. The dated boarding and wall paper in the hallway and bedrooms was removed.

A fresh coat of paint was added to the walls and new lighting and power fixtures were used to replace the dated and damaged switches. All up the renovation cost $5,500 – slightly less than first anticipated.

Smart Property Investment would like to thank all our sponsors for their support and contribution to the Investment in Action and Open House project.
