5 apps to help build or renovate your investment property

There are several apps that can help with design, measurements or even just providing some inspiration for a room makeover. Finding apps that are worth downloading can be hard work, but we have researched a few and they are listed below.

This app can be useful for builders, however, it is just as useful for home owners too. There are calculators for concrete and paving, electrical, floors, walls and ceilings, foundations, framing, heating & A/C, landscape and yard and more. The app can easily switch to metric calculations and can be used just about anywhere that you are.

Houzz Interior Design Ideas
It is easy to get inspired with your house design with over 2,000,000 ideas in this one app. You can create an idea book in the app with your favourite designs. There are also discussion forums in the app where you can chat with other contractors, designers and architects about any tips or advice you need. Whether you are building a new home or just updating one room, it’s worth giving this app a go.
