Sydney’s New Year’s Eve fireworks and the exciting, event-filled month of January focuses people’s attention on prestige harbourfront apartments, according to the principal of one high-end real estate agencies.

Richard Shalhoub, principal for the CBD and Pyrmont at Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty says interest in prestige Sydney harbourfront apartments tends to increase in summer.

Sydney’s New Year’s Eve fireworks will be live-streamed on Facebook for the first time this year, which will attract a huge audience from around the world.
