Jack Henderson previously joined us on the Smart Property Investment show to discuss his property journey which started at just 18.  Now 21, having just purchased another property and with big plans for the future, Jack once again joins host Phil Tarrant to share the changes to his portfolio.

Jack will share why he chooses to own properties in suburbs which are seen to be more prestigious, discuss why he never plans to sell any of his portfolio and gives details as to what it is that he looks for when purchasing a new property.

He will also offer his tips for new property investors and discuss his current living situation - which sees him essentially renting a room inside of one of his properties!
