In this episode of the Smart Property Investment Show Nathan John Ramunno joins host Phil Tarrant to discuss his property journey and how his initial plan to build a portfolio big enough to retire on has shifted. Now he has ambitions to utilise his trade skills and to become a property developer.

Nathan will discuss the property development process, including the costs that can accumulate. He also unpacks why it is beneficial for rookies to spend some time on a work site first before committing to start any sort of development.
