The new podcast is available via the SPI network and is co-hosted by Phil Tarrant and Scott O’Neill, director of Rethink Investing. The 12-part series aims to unpack the latest affecting investors in the commercial market, including the myriad opportunities available to expand your portfolio beyond residential.

The inaugural episode of the 12-part series went live on 12 June, where Mr Tarrant and Mr O’Neill shared why the time is now to be better informed about commercial property investing.

The pair outlined the three types of commercial property, the pros and cons of investing in commercial over residential, and the key terms to become familiar with before beginning your commercial property investment journey.
