Why this investor believes you can never hold a property for too long

By Reporter 19 July 2021 | 1 minute read

Based on stimulus and economic conditions, Australia is set to have a resurgence of the Roaring ’20s post-COVID-19, which is likely to spur on the property market for some time to come.

Joining the owners of the Smart Property Investment Portfolio, Pure Property Investment’s Paul Glossop returns to the show to discuss the current property market, why he believes the current cycle could have years to run and the impacts of the Roaring ’20s.

Paul joins hosts Phil Tarrant and his business partner Alex Whitlock for a warts and all look into his 25-year property journey, revealing the key lessons he’s learnt, including why you can never hold onto a property for too long.

Paul, who is Alex’s personal buyer’s agent, discusses his most recent purchases and why he made the “impulsive” decision to re-enter the property market for the first time since 2019.
