Ryan O’Neill, who by day deals with commercial real estate as head of property and procurement at an international logistics firm, talks about how meeting his wife – and discovering a book she had on property investing – led him to consider how residential investments could set them up for the future.
Ryan discusses the extra hours it takes to manage a portfolio and why investing is like having a second job.
He also talks through the couple’s portfolio, revealing which property they bought that is now worth roughly four times what they paid for it 11 years ago.
