Canton Beach is a small coastal suburb in the Central Coast region of New South Wales, located about 112 kilometres north-northeast of the Sydney central business district.
It falls within the Central Coast Council local government area and uses the postcode 2263. Positioned on the eastern shore of Tuggerah Lake, Canton Beach is bordered by the suburbs of Toukley, Noraville and Norah Head.
At the 2021 Census, the suburb recorded a population of 1,202 residents. The median age was 60 years, notably higher than the state median of 39, reflecting its popularity among retirees.
