Noraville sits along the eastern fringe of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, approximately 110 kilometres north-northeast of the Sydney central business district.
The Central Coast Council governs it and uses the postcode 2263. The suburb lies between the Pacific Ocean and the northern edges of the Tuggerah Lakes system, giving it both coastal and lakeside characteristics.
