Average median house prices in NSW have risen as a whole, pulling TOUKLEY, 2263 values up and netting property investors a capital gain of 7.93% for the past year.

At the 2021 Census, Toukley recorded a population of approximately 4,557. The median age was about 48 years, higher than the state average of 39, suggesting a mature and long-established community.

Separate houses are the predominant dwelling type, with a mix of older homes and more recent developments. Zoning data indicate that much of Toukley is designated for environmental conservation and low-density residential use, contributing to its quiet suburban character.
