Floraville is a residential suburb in the City of Lake Macquarie, NSW, with postcode 2280, situated between Belmont North, Jewells, Tingira Heights and Valentine.
The suburb is about 16 kilometres south-west of Newcastle’s central business district, with nearby roads providing connections towards Charlestown, Belmont and other parts of Lake Macquarie.
The 2021 Census recorded about 3,600 residents in Floraville, with separate houses being the predominant type of housing. Floraville is largely suburban in character, with established housing occupying elevated land to the east of Lake Macquarie and bushland remaining around parts of its boundaries.
