Carbrook is a rural suburb in Logan, Queensland, Australia. It is approximately 35 kilometres southeast of Brisbane's central business district.

The Beenleigh–Redland Bay Road runs through Carbrook from west to east, providing connectivity to surrounding areas. 

Early German settlers who arrived in 1867 named Carbrook Gramzow after a village in Northern Germany. The name was anglicised to Carbrook in 1916 during World War I. 

Established in 1877, Carbrook State School is a government primary school located at 532-544 Beenleigh–Redland Bay Road. The original school building is on the Queensland Heritage Register. 

Kimberley College is an independent, coeducational primary and secondary school at 35-41 Kruger Road. It serves students from Prep to Year 12. 

Carbrook Golf Club, situated at 653 Beenleigh–Redland Bay Road, is notable for its course featuring a lake inhabited by bull sharks, offering a unique experience for golfers.
