Bennett Springs is a northeastern suburb of Perth, Western Australia, situated within the City of Swan. Established in April 2011, the suburb was formed from parts of Beechboro, Whiteman, and West Swan. It was named in honour of Matilda Bennett, wife of early settler John Septimus Roe. 

Bennett Springs borders Drumpellier Drive to the east, Reid Highway to the south, Tonkin Highway to the west, and Marshall Road to the north. Bennett Brook, named after Matilda Bennett, traverses part of the suburb. 

According to the 2021 census, Bennett Springs has a population of 5,929 residents.  The suburb is characterised by a diverse community, with households primarily consisting of couples with children.

The median house price in Bennett Springs is approximately $725,000, and the median rent is $800 per week. Over the past year, the suburb has experienced a 22.9% sales growth and a 21.2% rental growth.
