Public transportation is accessible through several Transperth bus routes. Route 344 connects Warwick Station to Morley Bus Station, serving streets such as Alexander Drive and Illawarra Crescent. Routes 360 and 361 link Alexander Heights Shopping Centre to Perth Busport, operating along Marangaroo Drive and Alexander Drive, respectively. Route 362 serves the suburb directly, providing limited-stop service to Perth Busport via Guadalupe Drive and Hamelin Drive. Additionally, route 378 connects Alexander Heights to Mirrabooka Bus Station, traversing Kingfisher Avenue and Pelican Parade.
