InvestorKit strikes 7-figure deal to expand investor lending
Months after acquiring Dashdot’s assets, InvestorKit has announced a seven-figure merger with a broking business as it doubles down on investor lending and accelerates its next growth phase.
InvestorKit Group has announced a seven-figure merger between its mortgage broking businesses, Fouracre Financial and Source Financial, both specialising in property investor lending.
The merger will integrate Source Financial into Fouracre Financial, expanding its broking capabilities and scaling its property investment lending operations.
Fouracre Financial founder Jack Fouracre will become chief executive officer, while Source Financial director Corey Goldby will take on the newly created role of head of broker division.
"With Corey joining as head of broker division, I can focus on the broader strategic direction of the business, while he leads the day-to-day growth and development of our broking operations,” Fouracre told SPI.
InvestorKit said the merger would continue to support the group’s expansion as it builds a broader range of services to help clients grow their wealth through property.
Earlier this year, the group had acquired key assets from liquidated buyer’s agency Dashdot, including its proprietary technology platforms and lending business Dash Lending.
Fouracre said the acquisition of Dash Lending and the merger with Source Financial were two key parts of the same broader growth strategy.
He said Dash Lending expanded the brokerage operations, taking the loan book to $1 billion, while Source Financial will bring specialist expertise and an established client base.
"These aren’t isolated transactions. They’re part of a deliberate strategy to build a highly scalable mortgage brokerage that combines the infrastructure and resources of a larger business with the specialist knowledge and personalised service our clients value,” Fouracre said.
"Together, these transactions put us in a much stronger position to grow our broker network, expand our lending capabilities and support more Australians, particularly property investors who need strategic finance solutions that consider not just their next purchase, but their long-term portfolio ambitions."
Goldby said the two brokerages’ shared specialisation was a key driver behind the merger.
“Investor finance is rarely about securing a single loan. Every lending decision needs to consider where a client wants to be two, three or five properties from now,” Goldby said.

“Combining our experience, systems and people gives us an opportunity to build an even stronger broking division while maintaining that specialist investor focus.”
Focus on property investors
According to InvestorKit Group, property investment accounts for approximately 90 per cent of the deals in the lending niche shared by Fouracre Financial and Source Financial.
InvestorKit Group founder Arjun Paliwal said the merger would strengthen the group’s position in a challenging investor lending market, marked by higher interest rates, affordability pressures and post-Budget uncertainty.
"One of the biggest things we’ve learned from helping thousands of Australians build high-performing property portfolios is that buying the right property is only part of the equation,” Paliwal told REB.
“How you finance that property, structure your debt and preserve borrowing capacity can be just as important to long-term success. By expanding our mortgage broking capabilities, we’re giving InvestorKit clients access to greater lending expertise.”
Paliwal said the merger reflected the group’s broader ambition to create a more connected client experience, giving property investors access to specialist support across multiple stages of building, financing and protecting their wealth.
“Our ambition is to create something much bigger than a traditional buyer’s agency, with the expertise and infrastructure to support clients throughout their entire investment journey."
