Land released in Shellharbour

The second stage of land lots in Shellharbour’s The Cowries will be released on October 20, Australand and Shellharbour City Council have announced.

The release will consist of 17 land lots close to Shellharbour Village, Shellharbour South Beach and Killalea State Park.

"More than 1500 buyers have already chosen Shell Cove as the place to live with residents being attracted to the relaxed atmosphere of the community and the surrounding landscape of some of NSW's best beaches," Mr Edgar said.

The latest release will be priced from $285,000 to $440,000, with land lots ranging in size from 498 square metres to 750 square metres.

Australand NSW Residential Division General Manager Nigel Edgar said the second release of land in the highly sought after Shallows Precinct follows hot on the heels of The Vines Avenue release in May which was met with much enthusiasm.

"The Cowries Release offers buyers an opportunity to secure land in the closest release to the future boat harbour precinct to date. A precinct which is set become a major boating and lifestyle destination featuring pontoon berthing for over 300 boats, plus a selection of cafes, restaurants, speciality shops and more" Mr Edgar said.
