Commercial property investment opportunity

The APN 541 St Kilda Road Fund is aiming to raise a further $19.146 million in capital for the purchase of an eight-storey commercial property on St Kilda Road in Melbourne.

In launching the fund, APN emphasised the growing attractiveness of direct property investment.

“With the cash rate at historical lows, we are seeing investors swing back to higher yielding ‘bricks and mortar’ investments,” Mr Lawford said.
