Top metro market revealed
Property expert Sam Saggers shared which metropolitan market he believes offers the best prospects for investors.
Western Sydney will offer swift returns, according to the Positive Real Estate CEO, who said that "if you put your money into that market, it will work for you quickly".

Mr Saggers said Sydney's west is a fast growing market in which he is investing in many properties.
He also recommended buyers consider Brisbane, particularly investors who are looking to buy at the bottom of the market.
"Brisbane hasn't quite taken off yet, but that means there's potentially more capital growth for you," he said.
Mr Saggers said Perth also offers good capital growth, although investors would be facing competition from many other buyers vying for Perth property.
