The annual awards celebrate the best of the best in the region’s luxury residential property sector, encompassing construction, architecture, interior design, development and property management services.
The first phase of the development is scheduled for completion in late 2014.
The company said interested buyers have been attracted by the location, size and design of the units, privileged access to the facilities of AYANA Resort and Spa, and unlimited usage as a purely residential lifestyle investment with no restrictions on how often or when they can occupy the unit.
The units include spacious suites with sweeping ocean views, private swimming pools and entertainment areas, and offer maximum security within the gated estate.
