Award-winning development hits new milestone
An exclusive residential development in Bali has handed over the keys to its first buyer ahead of schedule.
AYANA Residences, which was recognised as Indonesia’s Best Residential Development in the International Property Awards 2014, recently celebrated the official opening of the development’s first tower, named Bougainvillea.

The tower comprises luxury high-security apartments including spacious suites with sweeping ocean views and private swimming pools. Bougainvillea is part of the development’s Phase 1, which has only a few units left for sale as management prepares for the launch of Phase 2.
Sir Mariusz Mierzejewski, director of sales and marketing for AYANA Residences, said the key handover was an important milestone for the team.
“Today was a very proud day for AYANA Residences, to present the keys to our first buyer and in doing so to keep our promise to complete construction on time, without compromising the quality of the building, design or integrity of the product,” he said.
Industry leaders have lauded the development as Bali’s most exclusive residential lifestyle investment.
