11 MAR 2011 2 min read Hotspots

St George has announced that it will rebrand its Victorian network as the Bank of Melbourne this August.

According to an ASX announcement, more than $90 million will be spent on rebranding and growing the new branch network.

Over the next five years, Bank of Melbourne will grow to over 100 branches and corporate banking centres and 300 ATMs, with 14 new branches expected to open throughout 2011.

According to the bank, Bank of Melbourne customers will get the same service at a St George or BankSA branch as if they were customers of those brands.

Bank of Melbourne customers will also continue to have access to St George, BankSA and Westpac ATMs.
