Domain connects buyers and agents
Domain.com.au has launched a new app for the iPad, connecting investors and home buyers with their local agent.
In what the group claims to be the first iPad app released by a major Australian real estate portal, the app will enable buyers view a range listings for a particular area through the apps property showcase feature.
The app will also feature a synchronisation system that can transfer property data across the user’s PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.
In addition, the app contains an interactive map display that uses GPS to view the sale price of recently sold properties along with other property listings in the vicinity.
“The Domain iPad app offers property buyers, renters and sellers an interactive and highly visual environment to browse, in addition to a great experience in utilising various tools to plan inspections and conduct searches,” Mr Blamey said.
“It also offers a fast and easy connection for property seekers to connect with agents.”
