SPI’s Phillip Tarrant to speak at property conference
Smart Property Investment editor Phillip Tarrant has been named as one of the keynote speakers to appear at the upcoming Multifocus Properties & Finance Property Evening.
Mr Tarrant will join a leading Commonwealth Bank economist and Multifocus CEO Philippe Brach in addressing property investors on a host of topical market issues.

The free information session will concentrate on the outlook for the property market in 2012 as well provide attendees with a practical guide to investment research and strategies.
Mr Tarrant said a firm grasp of what’s happening in the property market had never been more important for investors.
“There has been a lot of uncertainty surrounding the property market in 2011. As we move into 2012, those investors who are well-versed on the outlook and opportunities for Australia’s markets will be best placed to succeed.
“In addition to understanding the market, effective research is also key and I will be sharing with attendees how they can develop and hone effective research strategies in order to make the best investment decisions possible.”
