Editor of leading property magazine appointed to PIPA Board
Editor of Smart Property Investment, Phillip Tarrant, has been appointed to the Board of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA).
PIPA is a not for profit industry association which has been developed to support and educate property investment professionals. The peak industry body also aims to protect consumers by providing standards and a code of conduct by which property professionals can operate.
Mr Tarrant brings more than a decade of publishing plus significant marketing communications experience to the PIPA board.
Like PIPA, Smart Property Investment is committed to supporting the continued education of property investors as well as underpinning the importance professionalism plays in the industry.
According to Margaret Lomas, Chair of PIPA, Founder of Destiny Financial and host of Skynews Property Success, Mr Tarrant’s addition to the board will be a great complement to its existing skills – filling a space which has previously been lacking.
“Phillip’s expertise in marketing and communications, along with his exposure to the industry at both a personal and professional level will bring significant experience to our already strong board and assist us to take our association to the next level – where we aim to be the leader in industry associations for the property investment industry,” she said.
