Eric Brown has previously joined us to share the details and challenges which he has faced surrounding the purchase of a warehouse in Lilyfield and converting it into two residential apartments.  Today he joins us with further developments.

Eric joins host Phil Tarrant to discuss the challenges that he has faced with council approval, how those struggles have impacted his design decisions and share the financial impact that of the lengthy approval process.

Having had extensive dealings with council, Eric will share the strategies which he found yielded the best results, unpack his plans moving forward and offer a raw overview of the challenges that the project has presented him with.
