The app accesses the Victorian Government’s Planning Property Report service which provides free reports to planning information for any property in Victoria, Australia.
The app uses your current location (when in Victoria), or allows entry of any other address in Victoria, to gain access to the report for that property.
Reports are delivered in PDF format and are identical to those which are also available from the Department of Planning and Community Development website.
This app can be used by potential property purchasers and real estate agents to help them view a quick snapshot of the planning constraints of a property.
Features include the ability to save or email the report for offline viewing, searching for a property on a map or via the address, links to handy planning websites, and landscape or portrait aspects.
