So you've got a rental property that you want to get in and potentially renovate and we need to talk about colours. My advice is to choose a colour scheme that appeals to the majority of people, not the minority. And by that I mean you want to avoid bold colours, outlandish colours. You don't want somebody potentially coming through your property and going "Oh I hate that wall". So try and stick with fairly neutral colours. Colours like beiges, creams, stone coloured colours. I don't particularly like white. White can be quite sterile and is quite often associated with being a cheap way to paint a property. So what I'm saying here is put a little bit of oomph in your colour but not too much to scare people away.
