A love for property aesthetics sparks an investment journey
Charlie McGregor has always had an interest in property. In what he considers a “geeky” moment he explains that his initial attraction was toward the architectural aesthetics, but it was property reality tv shows which provided him with that lightbulb moment that there was good money to be made investing in property.
In this episode of the Smart Property Investment Show Charlie joins acting host James Mitchell to share how he has recently started building his property portfolio, explain why he made the move from London to Bondi and why he is only choosing to invest in the Queensland market.
Charlie will discuss how he got his initial deposit together, where he sought education from, and analyse how that education has seen him shift his investment strategy from what it originally was.
