On the Smart Property Investment Show, we keep you updated on the happenings surrounding our own portfolio. Regular host Phil Tarrant is one half of that portfolio, while Alex Whitlock is the other half.

In this episode, Alex is joined by his buyer’s agent Paul Glossop to unpack his investment journey and shares why he made the recent decision to branch out and start creating his own portfolio alongside the Smart Property Investment portfolio with Phil.

Along with Paul, the pair reveal how they chose the areas where Alex ended up purchasing property.

Alex also discusses purchasing a principal place of residence, the complications involved in his recent purchase of a double block, and the risks involved in leveraging multiple properties to advance your portfolio.
