In this episode of the Smart Property Investment Show, she joins host Phil Tarrant to discuss each of the properties in her portfolio, share how her buy and hold strategy has seen some incredible gains, and reveal what is next for her journey.

She shares how she purchased her first property at the peak of the market and straightaway started seeing it drop in value, but while there may have been some mistakes along the way and many a learning curve purchase, including everything from termite damage to a potential “meth lab”, today Louise has six properties in her portfolio and is well on track to an early retirement.

Also holding a position on the board of the Property Investors Council of Australia, she reveals why she chose to be involved with PICA and how they are helping property investors, and shares her thoughts on a potential change in government and why it won’t change how she is investing.
