Strotton said healthcare real estate has lower volatility and longer duration leases, which provide investors with stability and growth potential.
While Strotton suggests solid investment returns, he urges investors to do their due diligence by understanding the differences between primary, secondary and tertiary levels of healthcare services, and engaging with sector professionals to ensure the viability of new projects.
