Western Australia is attracting investors with its relative affordability, with WA’s Fast 50 suburbs sitting around $644,000 (excluding top-tier areas), offering options across different budgets.
Suburbs like Armadale, Mandurah, and Forestville have been attracting investors with substantial price increases, while regional spots like Geraldton deliver strong rental yields but come with higher lending risk due to industry reliance.
