New publisher set to strengthen Smart Property Investment team
Smart Property Investment has bolstered its team with the appointment of Andy Scott as publisher.
Mr Scott brings a wealth of publishing knowledge and expertise to the team, with over ten years’ experience in print and digital publishing.
Mr Scott has worked across several investment and finance publications. He was the associate publisher of Your Mortgage and Mortgage Professional Australia and he was most recently working on Smart Property Investment’s sister publication, The Adviser.
Speaking of his recent appointment, Mr Scott thanked outgoing publisher Russell Stephenson for his hard work and dedication to the publication.
“Smart Property Investment has quickly risen to take a leading position and that’s thanks to Russell and the team’s hard work. This publication is a true innovator and is leading the way in property investment, publishing both across print and digital,” Mr Scott said.
“We’re seeing exceptional growth in terms of news stand sales and subscriptions. I’ve inherited a very talented team of journalists who are leading the field with their balanced and informed market commentary and I’m excited about the prospect of working with them to further build the publication,” he said.
Outgoing publisher, Russell Stephenson will now head up Smart Property Investment’s newest sister titles, IFA, Investor Weekly and Investor Daily.
