Development shortlisted for prestigious award
A yet-to-be-released development has been short-listed for a prestigious property award, according to an official notification from the judging panel.
Bali’s first integrated residential estate, AYANA Residences, made the short-list for Best Condo Development (Indonesia) in the South-East Asia Property Awards 2012.

The judging panel notified Marisuz Mierzejewski, director of sales and marketing for AYANA Residences, of the listing explaining that the development “has been selected as one of the very finest in the region.”
Either the development will receive a ‘Highly Commended’ recognition, or will be the ‘Winner’ of the category.
These annual awards celebrate the best of the region’s luxury residential property, covering construction, architecture, interior design, development and property management services.
The results, judged by a panel of 12 industry leaders, are expected on November 21st 2012.
“We are delighted to be ranked amongst the most esteemed real estate leaders in our region, and to have this vote of industry confidence in the developer, management team and quality of design,” said Mr Mierzejewski, explaining that the first phase of the development is to be released in mid-2014.
