Commercial property investment opportunity
Investors will have the opportunity to invest in APN’s latest unlisted fund offering, launched this week.
The APN 541 St Kilda Road Fund is aiming to raise a further $19.146 million in capital for the purchase of an eight-storey commercial property on St Kilda Road in Melbourne.

“We are delighted to offer investors a high quality, well-leased office building in the heart of one of Australia’s leading non-CBD office markets,” said fund manager Steven Lawford.
In launching the fund, APN emphasised the growing attractiveness of direct property investment.
“With the cash rate at historical lows, we are seeing investors swing back to higher yielding ‘bricks and mortar’ investments,” Mr Lawford said.
