International Property Awards recognises south east Asian development
An exclusive residential community in Bali has been named amongst Asia’s best developments in the prestigious International Property Awards 2014.
AYANA Residences has been crowned the best Residential Development in Indonesia, with the award to be presented by International Property Awards president Stuart Shield at a gala event in May.

Following the regional event, the highest scoring winners from Asia-Pacific will compete against other winning companies from across the globe to find the world’s best in each category in November.
Sir Mariusz Mierzejewski, AYANA’s director of sales and marketing, said the award win was an honour.
“This award recognises AYANA Residences as one of Asia’s most prestigious property developments with a unique concept and excellence in quality of design and construction, and we are truly grateful to receive this vote of confidence from the international community,” he said.
The win comes shortly after AYANA Residences was highly commended in the Best Condo Development (Indonesia) category for the second year running at the 2013 South-East Asia Property Awards.
The development, which will complete construction of the first phase of units in late 2014, is the first residential community in Bali that is integrated with the facilities of a five-star resort – AYANA Resort and Spa.
