Investors across the country have had their say on their ultimate property A-team and have revealed the industry’s most trusted professionals.
The Investors Choice Awards, partnered by homesales.com.au, are a unique initiative that allowed new and seasoned investors to vote for the professionals who have been integral to their success.

More than 7,000 votes were received across 12 categories, including mortgage brokers, buyer’s agents, investment adviser and mentor.
Homesales.com.au general manager Rhett Dallwitz said the group was proud to support the initiative, which will assist investors in finding the most highly recommended businesses across the country.
“We live in a reputation-based economy now so testimonials and results speak for themselves,” he said.
“We've all had positive and negative experiences, regardless of the industry. If you've experienced great service and achieved your investment goals, most people within the investor community will want to talk about it to the people they know.
“Social media and the internet have made it far easier to research the investment market, but have also made it easier to call out bad service and performance. Reputation is vital.”
Andy Scott, publisher of Smart Property Investment, said the awards demonstrated how important it is for investors to have an A-team of property professionals to help them achieve the best results from their portfolio.
“It’s great to see that property investment professionals are changing the lives of their clients and those people are happy to recommend them. Motivated and successful investors are willing to share their experiences to help others achieve the same outcomes,” he said.
