The realestate.com.au Seller Hub is targeting the 1.2 million people intending on selling a property in the next 12 months in Australia, according the 2016 Nielsen CMV Survey 8.

“We’re continuing to change the way our consumers and customers experience property. With the new dedicated Seller Hub, realestate.com.au is equipped to be the best resource for Australians wanting to educate themselves when selling their property,” said REA Group executive general manager – residential, Andrew Rechtman.

The portal, which is available now on realestate.com.au, will combine targeted information about other properties, both on and off the market, and the local area.

It will also provide tips, tricks and tools around selling a property – from when to sell the property to how to manage the settlement.

The hub will also include a section on finding an agent – with agent details from the local area and also articles around selecting an agent.

“We know that sellers already make up 12 per cent of all visitors to realestate.com.au and the new Seller Hub brings all the information and tools for sellers into one place, making the selling process as simple as possible,” said Mr Rechtman.

The hub comes on the back of realestate.com.au announcing in December it would begin offering home loans through a partnership with NAB.

realestate.com.au has also recently announced a partnership with EnergyAustralia; the portal’s Connection Services already offers utility options from AGL and Origin.
