New site for new residental projects
Colliers International has launched a new property buyer-focused residential website, reflecting its growing portfolio of properties and projects for sale and lease around Australia.
The new site, www.colliers.com.au/residential, currently provides access to more than 130 residential projects around the country, over 400 residential property listings and 150 rental properties.

Colliers International's managing director of residential Peter Chittenden said these numbers would swell significantly with his residential team set to launch around 50 additional projects this year, amounting to thousands of new properties for sale and lease.
"It's been a busy start to the year, indicating a strengthening of confidence in all markets across the country. We wanted to give our customers an exclusive chance to have first-hand information on new releases and projects launches before the broader market, so we've designed our website around this," he said.
