Australand, in partnership with St Hilliers and Citta Property Group, has launched Ambient, the third and final building within the Lume development in Melbourne’s Carlton.
The boutique range of 20 apartments designed by Melbourne architects Ashton Raggatt Mcdougall offers investors studio apartments for $360,000, one bedroom apartments from $430,000 and two bedroom apartments from $565,000.
The Ambient is located in CarltonCarlton, VIC Carlton, NSW Carlton, TAS, 1.6 km from the CBD, just 200 metres from popular restaurant destination Lygon Street, and 100 metres from The University of Melbourne.
Ambient also incorporates environmentally sustainable design (ESD) features, including a minimum 5 Star energy efficiency rating for each apartment. The precinct's overall design also embodies ESD initiatives such as orientation and energy efficiency, solar gas-boosted hot water, materials selection, rainwater harvesting for landscape reuse, grey water supply to toilets, and a drought tolerant landscape design.
