Sydney’s Wolseley Road has been ranked the ninth most expensive street in the world.
According to a survey by The Wall Street Journal’s sister publication Financial News, real estate in the harbour front Point Piper strip costs $21,000 per square metre.
The most expensive street in the world was Severn Road, Hong Kong where property buyers fork out $78,000 per square metre.
Second on the list was KensingtonKensington, VIC Kensington, WA Kensington, SA Kensington, NSW Palace Gardens in London followed by Avenue Princesse Grace Monaco in Monaco and Fifth Avenue, New York.
