The Housing Industry Association believes the NSW government should do more to solve the state’s housing supply issue.

Speaking to Smart Property Investment, HIA ‘s chief executive Graham Wolfe said housing affordability in the state would significantly improve if the government stepped in.

“The NSW state government has a lot of work to do in freeing up land, freeing up the planning process and facilitating the delivery of land so that builders can get on the land and start constructing the homes that NSW so desperately needs.”
