ANZ has topped the majors in terms of customer satisfaction.

According to the latest poll by Roy Morgan, ANZ narrowly beat out CBA for the top spot.

The survey found that 75.5 per cent of ANZ customers were satisfied with the bank.

CBA achieved a satisfaction rating of 74 per cent, followed by NAB on 71.5 per cent.

Westpac was ranked last with a satisfaction rating of 70.6 per cent, and was the only major to experience a decline in customer satisfaction over the past year.

But while ANZ maintained its lead over the big four, NAB experienced the greatest amount of growth, with its satisfaction rating climbing 4.4 percentage points over the last 12 months.
