Hi busybee - good point! There are smaller unit properties coming on around Rouse Hill Town Centre - so I wonder if that's making a difference/providing cheaper housing at all? Hi Ryan,It seems as if even with all this investment in Gladstone vacancy rates are rising in Gladstone, and even though it may just be more a balanced market (as opposed to being oversupplied) rents .....units are falling dramatically (2 bedrooms were $850/week 12 months ago, now most $500-$600/week).
