Looking to buy in Victoria? Here’s where all the action is happening this weekend.

REIV has updated its auction preview guide for the week ending 3 November 2019.

This week, the real estate body expects 235 auctions across 153 suburbs. This is down considerably from the 1,372 auctions recorded last weekend (excluding 49 postponed and 50 withdrawn).

The top auction locations this weekend have been listed as:

  • Craigieburn
  • Keilor East
  • Wantirna
  • Taylors Hill
  • Mount Waverley
  • Geelong West

Next weekend (9/10 November) the REIV is anticipating 970 auctions to take place, meanwhile it predicts the next fortnight (16/17 November) to play host to 1,200 auctions.

In three weeks’ time (23/24 November) REIV expects 940 auctions to occur throughout the state.
